We are thrilled to announce the addition of Coach Josh Dillard to the East High School Football Staff as our new Defensive Coordinator! Coach Dillard comes to us with a remarkable track record as a competitor and leader in the world of football. A former All-Conference quarterback at New London High School and a 2nd Team All-Region selection, he shifted his focus to defense at the collegiate level. There, he excelled as a two-time All-Conference linebacker and served as Team Captain at Urbana University. His coaching journey began at Ohio Dominican University, where he worked as a Graduate Assistant, focusing on the offensive line and linebackers. He then took his talents to Ohio Wesleyan University, coaching running backs. Most recently, Coach Dillard held the position of Defensive Coordinator at Walnut Ridge High School, where he led the defense to an impressive 8–4 record, culminating in a perfect 7–0 conference championship season. With a commitment to intensity, discipline, and a player-first mentality, Coach Dillard is dedicated to developing young men both on and off the field. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to an incredible season ahead! Welcome to East High, Coach Dillard!
