@DagsBasketball Be careful. A lot of “truth” has been shared with those players to get them to a point in their journey where they are invited to those camps. Let’s not over-inflate our own value by thinking we are “the solution.” It takes a village.

I live the solution every day in my work with players and teams at the youth, high school, college, and pro levels. I’ve learned that the best thing you can do is focus on the work you do and not what everyone else is doing. So that’s what I do, point out the chaos, and continue to help my clients navigate through it and hopefully end their career by overachieving. USA basketballs Junior National Team Mini Camps (I run the development portion) is probably the one place for elite high school players that they get honest feedback, information, and are held to the highest standard.
