3 sports getting work done on a bad weather day! Baseball coming in after school to work. #FacilitiesMatter

Well @missyMmcbeth is right y'all - this hang clean PR is great. Bravo @BoomtownStrong for this. Coach Jeff Brull please DM us or email us so we can get in touch to gift you an annual membership. Keep up the great work.

S&C industry where you at? We shout it from the rooftops when we see something we don’t like but a lift clearly well coached gets no traction. Rough crowd.

Wish I had a dime for every time I’ve answered this question: “How are you gonna train to have energy in the 4th quarter or overtime if you never push to fatigue in practice setting?” This question comes from the traditional mindset. These highly-intelligent, hard-working people have only known “the grind” (hard, dull work). They have never experienced playing the long game as a Sprint-Based Football program. You only know what you know. Here is my answer to how you can win without seeking high-volume fatigue in practice. 1) Being faster than your opponents! SBF teams are likely one mph faster at every position. The fastest guys in the 1st quarter are fastest in the 4th quarter. ⚡️⚡️⚡️ 2) Being healthier than your opponents. Teams with 1% of their roster unavailable will have a huge advantage over teams with 10% of their roster unavailable. 3) Having more TALENT on your team. SBF attracts the best athletes in your school. Even your best 🏀 players will want to play 🏈. 4) SBF teams LOVE PRACTICE. Traditional teams see practice as the hell they must go through to play in games. Love > Hate 5) SBF coaches will out-coach their grinder counterparts. They sleep better. They have happier homes. They drink less. Tired, miserable coaches make bad decisions. 6) SBF teams typically have a big lead entering the 4th quarter and seldom play in overtime games. 7) And, fatigue never creates energy. 🤷♂️
