🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 THE BILL HAS DROPPED! This is historic for every coach in Florida 🌴 For the first time, a bill finally gives school districts full authority to pay coaches what they deserve. No more outdated rules. No more limits. And very loud for the people in the back: unions will no longer control athletic stipends 🚫🗣️ The power goes directly back to the districts and the communities that know their coaches best. This bill is going to elevate the entire state: • Competitive compensation from Pensacola to Miami • Stronger hiring and retention of elite coaches • More stability for programs and student athletes • Freedom for districts to use salaries, hourly rates, bonuses, and incentives • Real pay for real work This bill opens the door for real wages, real recognition, and real hope for the men and women who build our student-athletes every single day.
