Agreed. These also assume the HS track program is any good. I was a sprinter/thrower in high school. We never ran shorter than 200m in practice. It helped, but if your main sport (Football) requires you to dominate in the 5-20 yard range, you should probably spend more time improving performance in that range.

Just because a football player has a good 40y doesn’t mean they’re going to have a good 100m Just because they run track doesn’t mean they’ll get a faster 40 either

The “best” job is the one where the owner is changing to align their organizational structures with their desired outcomes then find a coach with the skills to execute in that culture. Some of these folks don’t want to change at all but think the “right guy” is the answer!! 🤣

When you're 25 it probably takes 6am to 9pm to make sure you did it all correctly. And that's ok, I know it did for me. If it still takes you the same time when you're 55, you either haven’t learned much or you waste a lot of time in the office. Love this.
