BIG DAY today. Never in a million years did I think we could build a dream home in my lifetime, but here we are. Crazy to think where I’ve been, how far I’ve come, and where I’ll still go. Blessed is an understatement.

🚨COACHES🚨 Most of us don’t work with the natural freak athlete, especially at the High School level. So remember the workouts you see the college or pros doing likely won’t apply to the kids you work with AT ALL. The basics can do so much more good than you think!
