10 years ago today I hopped on the bench for my first game as an equipment manager. I was a senior in college and got to start working with @BlackBearsWIH and realize a dream. Thank you to all those I've been fortunate to work with. Here's to many more years. Bring on the coffee

Fantastic read for all parents. It's not about you, it's about your child. ‘The Race to the Bottom’ and ‘Keeping up with the Joneses’ – A nightmare mix for sporting parents and their children - parentsinsport.co.uk/2018/01/25/the…

Players: If you plan to shoot more Snaps or Instagram pics than jump shots today, please make a dedicated change tomorrow. The season will be here before you know it. Nothing worse than a player who has 10,000 tweets, but can’t find 1 hour a day to put in real work on their game!

PLAYERS TAKE NOTICE: The star of both the football & basketball national championship games this year was not a starter. They both started the game on the sideline / bench. But they were both ready to step up when their number was called. Value team over self. Always be ready!

Some players want to... and can. Some want to... but can’t. Some won’t want to... and don’t. Which one are you?

KIDS: How hard do you PRACTICE? The best are the best because of the work they put in when nobody is watching. The habits you create in practice will determine how well you play in games. Just check these clips out from Sidney Crosby... Video courtesy of @rinkrant

The Don Mills Flyers are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Bantam goaltender Roy Pejcinovski. Roy was an outstanding goalie, teammate, and above all person. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Pejcinovski family at this time. An official release will be posted tomorrow.

Players: Please stop making excuses. Hold yourself accountable. You must be intrinsically motivated for any real change to take place. Stop waiting on someone else to do it for you. It’s not your school’s, parent’s, or coach’s job to get you motivated. It’s YOUR job!

RT to show my daughter she's not alone. She doesn't think she can play little league with boys this year. I told her baseball is DEFINITELY a sport for girls too. She's skeptical & I want to show her how many people agree with me. Thank you!

Players: It’s not up to your parents/friends/coaches to decide how far you go in this game. Your support system will guide you & they will help hold you accountable, but it’s on you to deliver. Stop making excuses, it’s your responsibility to make time & put in the work. Period.
