Zaryan is a 3.3 GPA kid and had a breakout junior season. He loves football and will play both ways his senior year.

I 100% do think that a higher stipend would keep public school coaches around longer. Look, at the end of the day, we ALL want more time with family. If you're doing the Head Coach thing for $4,500, it's a LOT easier to walk away from than $25,000. OR, easier teaching schedule.

@CoachErvin @CoachAnderson92 Oak Hills has a Frosh football class, and then a JV/Varsity football class. 5th then 6th periods. Good way to do it.

@CoachAnderson92 @chriscfore That’s great that system is in place for all on campus HFC. That’s strong support.

@CoachErvin @chriscfore No we don’t go that far. All levels in the same athletic period under the HFC if they are an on campus teacher. Most lower level coaches are walk-ons for us.

@CoachAnderson92 @chriscfore Sounds like you have a solid schedule. Ideally would be great to have a freshman, JV and varsity athletic period. You have something like that?

@CoachErvin @chriscfore That def sounds challenging. AP in control of master scheduling needs to be on board making sure AP classes are only offered periods 1-5 and all athletic periods start 6th.
