Recruiting is something you don’t always see. It’s not always right in front of you! It’s not about reposts, it’s not always about what you have to say on twitter and It’s not about putting your stats up. Recruiting takes time! It takes work. It takes your word and their trust in you when talking about kids and how they can help them. It takes time. It’s about trust. Sometimes the people that are talking about you to the coaches have to deal with variables that you don’t realize! Recruiting sometimes does not make sense. Sometimes it’s frustrating and sometimes it’s downright exhausting. Hang in there! The person advocating for you, I am positive, it’s working their ass off.
