If you know me, you know how humble I am when it comes to my running. But this past weekend, I did a thing…100 MILES! #1st100Miler

Tomorrow is the last taper run before Saturday’s 50k. The race is urban and 💯 concrete along the Gulf Coast! Not technical at all but 31 miles of concrete talks to you after a while! We start in Biloxi, MS crossing the Biloxi Bay Bridge over to Ocean Springs, MS. Eventually we cross the bridge again towards the finish in Biloxi ☺️ #IRun4Aiden

My little girl @HannonKendall graduated summa cum laude from OSU in December with a dream of becoming a PA. This morning she is one step closer to seeing that dream become a reality. She was accepted into the PA program at OSU!!!

At 4am this morning we had to put Ozzy Lee down. We learned he had congestive heart failure. He gave us the best 8+ years. He will be missed but we are blessed he came into our lives. Love you big guy!!❤️❤️❤️

5th 100miler ☑️ #kansasrailstotrailsextravaganza. Rained almost the entire race and was cold. “Puked & Rallied” somewhere between 70-72 miles and finished on liquid calories, wasn’t pretty but I finished. Missed my time goal but set a PR 24:27:45! #outlaw100

@8ntmuch “Dad, dad look I got a stick and you don’t!” 🤣

10.18 miles in total this morning. The first 6.54 miles of trails were solo! Let the legs open up a little which felt great. The remaining miles were with a spaz of a dog named Olly! 🤣 Caught a couple goose chases, but he was more interested in chasing squirrels this morning.

Good morning friends!! 🌞 How will you be moving today? “Appreciate today for it's what you've waited the whole week for.” Will be heading out to the trails soon for 6+ miles. Not sure on the distance, I’ll figure that out while we are out there.

..my energy. Fought the rest of the race to get food and hydration to stay down. Persevered and fought like hell to finish. The rocks on the hills and the rocks going down the creek were brutal. But I finished!!!

What a race came in 4th place overall in 33:25:02 completing my 4th 100miler. Quite possibly the hardest, toughest race both mentally and physically I have conquered. Felt good up to 50 miles and then the wheels fell off, threw up and couldn’t get any calories in to sustain…

@8ntmuch Got in a nice easy 4 miles as it was my last run before this weekends 100 miler at the Outlaw100.

🌞 Good morning friends!! How will you be moving today? “A new day means renewed opportunities, make this Thursday better than the last.” We will be heading to “hopefully” frozen trails for 6-7 miles.

@8ntmuch That’s a 125lb and 140lb cute “pup”. Who think they are lap dogs! But it is good compression therapy 🤣
