ABE Iron Hawk, AQ Harr has been grinding his tail off. AQ has added 30lbs to the scale since football season ended. Oh…and he’s done it without being able to train both legs until the last few weeks because he’s recovering from an ACL reconstruction. The model of Built Warhawk Tough.

@MoBangoura70 with 315lbx5 RDL….double overhand….at 6’7” tall. This the end of a very taxing training session. The grip strength alone is impressive, but the ability to maintain his lumbar stability …. Absolutely insane…it’s the product of hard work and trusting the process.
