@Jim_MullinTV I believe Quebec football players are carded same as Olympic sport athletes and receive financial support based on their ranking. The best therefore all participate in Football Quebec development programs. CEGEP allows for 3 yrs of high level play/coaching (like gr 11-12 +1 yr).

The composition of Canada's IFAF World Junior Football Champions by home province. It would appear that CEGEP football provides world class development. What can English Canada learn from this?
