@lyft_hub Yes I talked to you all on the DM last night but you all refused to help. Chat support said they will not change the fee. I am still out this money for something I was falsely accused of.

I was just charged $150 for a cleaning fee on a @lyft fare. The driver got upset that I left an honest review and submitted photos that I threw up in his car. If Lyft saw the metadata on the photo they would see the photo was not taken from today but I’m still being charged.

Be careful out there. Just got scammed by a @lyft driver with the “vomit scam”. Lyft refuses to overturn the charge. If you get a ride from Brandon in a @Honda fit..don’t take it!
