NEWS: New Mexico forward Antonio Chol is entering the transfer portal, a source told @LeagueRDY.
The 6-foot-9 junior began his career playing two seasons at Rutgers before playing 37 games for New Mexico this season.
He averaged 7.7PPG and 2.9RPG in 2025-26.

@Tav_E_Fresh I hear you. It’s tough to develop guys as raw as he is on a team with 3 starting caliber bigs. There’s been some nights where I would’ve liked to see what he can do for a 8-10 minute stretch, but overall he wasn’t gonna get the tick required for that development

I get that he’s raw.
But I’m not talking about just today. I’m talking about development over the course of the season.
There have been multiple stretches where he showed flashes defensively and on the glass, and those moments could’ve been built on with consistent minutes.
You don’t develop players by only playing them when there’s no other option.

Had some really bright moments in just 18 games for Kansas State this season — 26 points against Nebraska, 18 at Creighton, 16 against BYU, 22 at Arizona State. Knocked down 5 or more threes in seven games.
