Prior to my game last Friday night, where I was now the visitor for the very first time, I was allowed to cross back over to the home sideline as they honored the 10 year anniversary of the school’s only region championship team - I was their Head Football Coach. It’s been 10 years. Now grown up with families of their own-they embraced me as one big pack on the field, we all hugged, I love you’s were exchanged and I fought the tears. You can take my possessions but you can never take away the relationships. No matter where God has called me to serve, ALL of my guys will always be my guys, forever, no matter what. 🥲 its always way bigger than 48 minutes for me - because it has to be🙏
