@AdventistHealth Shady Grove ER lacks in every facet & staff DO NOT carry out their mission whatsoever. Crazy long wait times, 2 out of 3 elevators broken, no staff working the desk, rude staff encounters, no interpreters for Spanish-speaking patients in need. Avoid at all cost.
