Real talks, hard talks, loud coaching, expectations, and learning from mistakes are all part of the process. You can’t be weak in this sport. Its HARD!! It’s important to understand that a coach who is strict, gets loud, pushes you, and holds you accountable is doing it because they care. They see something in you and they refuse to let you settle for less. Growth doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from being challenged, corrected, and pushed to a higher standard.
