@CoachRC23 Can I also add.. if you can find the drill on YouTube, ask yourself why you’re paying this person? What are they providing that’s worth your time and money besides cones?

If u are a football player..from pop warner to pro.. ask yourself this offseason.. are the drills someone is having u do, does this look like the position I play. Does this look like football. Don’t let time be wasted, don’t let your talent be used to cover drills that don’t work
