Why do officials wait to call a foul until after they see it’s a missed shot? A foul is a foul or it’s not.

@MontyPatel That’s just not what a foul is though. A foul is a foul. It’s just like the cylinder ruler. It gets called for guards and not bigs. I get pace of play but let’s not make it obvious.

@CoachK_Elmore Determine if the contact was too much and it affected the shot. essentially if he makes it, just play on, if he misses, okay we give it to him.

Former Bauxite star and Oklahoma transfer Marcus Wimberly confirmed to me that he has a visit to Arkansas planned for Jan. 7. He was Injured and missed this season for the Sooners.

On Sunday we had our annual Christmas party for local families. These players know how fortunate they are to be in the position that they are in, and seeing these guys give each of the families something out of their own pocket made me feel good about what we are doing and what we teach. Hope we can all find a way to bring JOY to others this holiday season.
