Had an amazing weekend at Drake! Back to back distance medley champions with my teammates (3:27.83) and won the 400 hurdles in 52.03. Also placed fourth in the 4x2 in 1:27.72

Day 1 is down and we are set out to chase championships, rewrite record books and carve memories. First, we must build a foundation for this season and the ones to come. Remember how we got here. Teach and learn from one another and always be ready to grow. GO!

Grateful to be a two event state champion with my teammates, as well as elite all state in the 400h. 4x2 (1:26.69 number 2 all time in Iowa) SHR (58.19 number 7 all time) and runner-up in 400h (52.63)

@TrackEHS @pntrack Yeah schools in Iowa can have 14 coaches on the sideline in the state playoffs for football, but at track an extra coaching wristband is 30 per coach 😂
