Congratulations to the Tigers 5th place team finish! This group faced a lot of adversity throughout the season and continued to fight until the end.

2026 Hononegah EHS “Athlete of the Meet” goes to Parker Owens! Parker put together a performance for the record books…breaking his own FS & Varsity EHS indoor pole vault record not once, but twice, soaring over 15’10”. Along the way, he shattered both the meet record and the field house record. With this mark, Parker currently stands at #1 in IL 3A rankings.

I will continue to expose track coaches who break their sprinters. Imagine a good sprinter after missing a week with a strained quad… Day-1: 200, 150, 100 Day-2: 4x200, 4x90, 4x60, 4x30 Now he has a hip flexor issue. What if there was a way to get fast, stay healthy, and have a blast doing it?

Congrats to Gavin Stukenberg on being named Top Field Athlete of the Meet for his performance in the SP. Gavin put together an incredible series of throws: 52-7, 55-10.75, 58-6, 58-9.5, 57-6.5, and 58-8.75. His mark of 58-9.5 set both the meet record and a new fieldhouse record.

Damon Davis runs EHS F/S indoor #3 all-time in the 200 (23.62) and places 7th in heat 9 of 10 from lane 1.

Dean Williams places 5th in the 200 (23.34) from lane 1 of the fast heat.

Cooper Wittek places🥉in the 1600 setting in a lifetime PR (4:29.26) moving him to #10 all-time indoors at EHS.

Colin Thomas battles in the 1600 to run a lifetime PR time of 4:20.22 placing🥈, moving to #4 all-time indoors at EHS.

Gavin Stukenberg takes the lead on his third attempt with a mark of 17.83m (58-6). Headed to finals with three more attempts.

Parker Owens breaks his own indoor school record on his first attempt at 15-4, then raises the bar and clears 15-10 on his first attempt again to break it once more. The bar now moves to 16 feet.
