Had a GREAT conversation about the recruiting process over the weekend and here’s what you should be emphasizing… If you don’t have meaningful varsity tape, your emphasis should be almost exclusively on DEVELOPMENT📈 not EXPOSURE👀. Prioritize getting bigger, faster, stronger, and more skillful. Put a schedule and disciplines together to accomplish this - diet🍳 weight training🏋️ speed training🏃 and position specific skill training🎯
