What an incredible day of work! Today was such an honor to HOST the first of many combined Football x Wrestling Murph workout challenge. Today consisted of: -1 Mile Run -100 Pull Ups -200 Pushups -300 Squats -1 Mile Run Shoutout to Coach Fenner, Lapi, and Coop for showing up!

@Jordan_Correa21 @AhmedAsror20555 @CoachLapi This kid is the real deal! Great leg strength. Consistently performs well at my sessions. Once he fully locks in on staying true to form under pressure he will be a gem of an athlete. 2027 worth a look!
