Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Dalton Risner and his wife Whitney announced on Instagram earlier today the tragic and unexpected loss of their baby boy. 💔 Just absolutely heartbreaking. Keep the Risner family in your thoughts and prayers.

This is a prime visual example of how difficult playing QB is. The best consistently build out the offense from the QB’s perspective amplifying what they do well & communicating effectively to remove any grey area to try to make their life a little easier.

Coaching small college football is financially irresponsible. I see job postings to coach making under 50k. Just to say you coach college football? For every 1 who climbs the ladder hundreds, maybe thousands don’t. Go teach and coach at a HS, make more money and be happier.

Practice doesnt need to be more than 2hrs.
