Why the HECK are you still paying taxes?? If I still have $700K in taxable income, I don’t write a check to the IRS. I buy assets. I put $70K down. And control $700K worth of tiny homes. That $700K purchase wipes out $700K in taxable income. Then it gets better. Those tiny homes get placed on parks I already own. The park’s profit share pays off the other 90% of the balance. Meaning: You never personally pay off the remaining loan The asset pays for itself And once it’s paid off… cash flow keeps coming This isn’t a loophole. It's how the smart ones avoid taxes.
