I had someone hit me up about Coaching positions on different levels and he explained to me he was losing hope because his dream job doors just weren’t opening. I explained to him Bro in our profession sometimes things can’t be explained, you might do everything right and there a good possibility you will not get selected for a position. I told him to Treat each job, each camp, each interview as your your dream job. Stay motivated and resilient, the position you want will come when you least expect it.
