3-1 or 3-2 count, R's on 1B, 1B/2B, or 1B/3B -- those are nearly automatic steal counts for me. The R (or R's) is protected. If pitch is ball 4, runner's awarded the base. If FB for a strike, H pounds it into a gap, off to the races. If off-speed, great pitch to run on.

When my bro was taken 10th over in 2011 @MLBDraft, there was ZERO video of him because he went to a small (but legit) JUCO. Why? Because video/data has traditionally been pricey, cumbersome, & require a ton of man power so most programs simply didn’t have it available to them. Fast forward to now…things have changed 🙌🏻! So incredible to know that players at every single level now have multi-angle video plus data available to them to help them reach their goal…whatever that may be. Don’t underestimate the opportunities that will this opens up for all these players and programs. The more technology is out there, the more opportunity is democratized @AWRE_Sports 📈.

We have seen three college OFs go in the past four picks. A's pick Drew Burress 8th overall. Burress' freshman year at Georgia Tech was sensational. He's been good since then, but if your first album is Illmatic, it's hard to top that.

I just want it noted, that the only 3 prospects I'm giving 6mill + to in this draft are Lombard, Ruiz and Flora. Everyone else is a tier below to me And some of the evals on top 15 kids are way too high. There's some generational misses being lined up in the top 15
