Prediction: With the new ABS system, it looks like each team will get two challenges. If their challenges are correct and the call is over turned, they will keep moving forward with two left. If their challenge is incorrect, they will lose it one, and so on. My prediction is teams will end up running out of challenges and when we get later in games, there will be close calls someone doesn’t agree with, and we will be back where we started. In coming seasons that number will move on from two until we get to the point where each team can challenge as many calls as needed and we will eventually move towards ABS calling every pitch and an umpire will only be behind the plate for safe/out calls. Then probably when we are all long gone there will be no umpires and everything will be called by “systems” and robots!! 😂😂

Youth baseball… We are playing in the “World Series” this weekend!! Games will have a time limit. Folks will call the umpires “officials” and runs scored “points.” Coaches will use tactics to “run out the clock” and there will be 20-30+ combined stolen bases a game because this is “real baseball.” 😂😂😂
