@SecWar As an Eagle Scout, this is clown behavior. Scouting America should benefit EVERYONE. The skills, and ideals should continue to be inclusive for the growth of Scouting. Venturing, Sea Scouts and other pieces of the organization were already CO-ed. Have fun in your makeup studio.
