Tomorrow!! Thankful for my old principal from YCHS and current SJHS Principal Ryan Poston for recruiting me to get back into some HS football strength and conditioning! Appreciate Coach Liggett and Coach Cagle for embracing me and my ideas as well!! Guess you can take the Coach out of South Carolina but not the South Carolina out of the Coach!! Grateful to be back at it here! 70 guys in football class for 90 minutes!? No better way to have it!!
