Let practices be open again and allow every single media camera on the sideline and create that Pete Carol environment of competition! Pressure makes diamonds !!! CONSISTENT FULL PADDED PRACTICES AND HITTING DRILLS. Let’s get back to 1 on 1 callouts and dropping people on the depth chart who are getting cooked in practice. And then make a cut up for the team meeting showing the players getting cooked so the team knows who’s a dog and who’s a fish like we used to do!!! ACTUALLY HOLD PLAYERS ACCOUNTABLE IN THE FILM ROOM AND BENCH THEM WHEN THEY REPEAT THE SAME MISTAKES!!!! Let’s get down the core of the issues and stop acting like shit is all good!!! I know ball.
