Division 1 College Baseball Trends Over The Past 5 Years: Percentage of at bats taken by freshman 12.6% (Down from 16.2%) Percentage of innings pitched by freshman 13% (Down from 17%) Average fastball velocity 89.2 (up from 88mph) Overall batting average .280 (up from .268)

Your high school/travel ball stats do NOT carry as much weight as you think in recruiting: 1. Strike zones are generally wider and more subjective 2. Competition level is unknown and often inconsistent from game to game 3. Stat keeping tends to be more favorable and lenient

What has given you the most success on your recruiting journey?

High School Baseball Players: I created a model based on the average metrics of each pitch type of current D1 pitchers using a variety of factors like (Velocity, HB, VB, Spin rate, etc.) Dm me and I’ll grade your pitches compared to the current average D1 pitcher.

Why dont you lift after practice? Because its better for health, its better for recovery, its better for leveraging nutrition. Its better for the anxiety of effort mangmt. Its better for sleep It doesnt make them tougher. why? Are you willing to tell recruits that answer?
