Foreign aid isn’t just your money we send to other countries.
It stops outbreaks from becoming pandemics and reaching our country. USAID is doing that work.
Shutting it down is dangerous and needs to be stopped.

It’s a crazy rule. If there were 0 outs they could have thrown it to 3B to complete the triple play (before the next pitch is thrown). If there was 1 out then they have to appeal the play before leaving the field.
