The fourth annual TXPS Retreat. We are infinitely grateful for each and every individual effort that made this event happen. We have always made it clear that our primary objective is to create a medium that makes it impossible not to acknowledge the talent in private school athletics, and yesterday was a beautiful culmination of that. From its inception four years ago as the “TXPS QB Retreat” with less than 20 inaugural members, to yesterday, featuring over 100 of the best athletes in the state of Texas, the growth of the output leaves an imperative that we express gratitude for those who poured hours into the input. To our student-analysts, @b_radleyhanna @txpsjakegarcia @SeanOReilly979 @r_terrell44 @TXPS_CreightonS Whitney Leger, thank you for coming from across the state and taking whatever assignment, from parking detail to meta glasses coordinator, thank you for taking the time to make sure the operations ran without a hitch, but also for bringing new life to the atmosphere. To the position coaches, we take immense pride in the fact that we assemble a staff of some of the best coaches in the country for this event, and you never disappoint. To look up and see you taking the opportunity to make a difference in these young men’s lives makes every minute poured into this event worth it. To our sponsors, REP and Highpoint Signs and Apparel, the event is not a fraction of what it is without you. To have a staff with such a deep knowledge of the recruiting landscape, and the willingness to share that with the attendees, as well as access to the coolest shirts in the game, we are incredibly grateful for both of you. To the collegiate programs that attended, @FalconsFU @hputxfootball @McMURRYFOOTBALL, this is the first year that we can say over 15 kids received an offer, directly due to their performance at our retreat, and we have you to thank for that. Finally, to the athletes and parents that took time out of your busy summer to come out to APR, thank you. This is the one time per year we get to gather such a big portion of the community in one place, and our favorite part each year is simply walking around and catching up with as many of you as we can. We take pride in the fact that we know so many of you by name, and because of those relationships, we hope that we can make the best possible content that enhances your high school football experience.
