OKC Head Coach Mark Daigneault was asked how they adjust after losses. “We don't wait to adjust to when we lose. We try to treat every game in a very neutral manner. Learn from the games. Improve certain things, adjust others. Keep some the same and that process is the same regardless of win or loss.” Too many people say, “You either win or you learn," but this framing is incomplete. If you only learn when you lose, you’re leaving growth on the table. Learning shouldn't be reserved for failure. Sometimes winning reinforces habits that won’t hold up later.
