The country is figuring this one out seven years later 😂 Cool story, when I was first diagnosed with cancer and started chemo, @CoachScottCross sent me a “Take the Stairs” shirt as motivation.

“You’re only as strong as your weakest link and we’re really about that at Troy.” Austin Cross, son of Troy head coach Scott Cross, speaks on what has led the Trojans back to the NCAA Tournament for a second straight year.

"Take the stairs. We try to be tough in every aspect." Troy players do not ride on elevators or escalators. No matter where they are, they take the stairs. Its part of the mantra for this year's 22-win team. "Its a way of life."
