@koontzjr_ @retiredfbcoach That being said, any play is as expensive as you want to make it. We keep the menu of run concepts small so that we’re able to make adjustments and have answers on Friday nights.

@koontzjr_ @retiredfbcoach I’d agree with you there. Zone-based pin and pull can create a lot of pre-snap thinking in regards to who pulls and who doesn’t and who they pull to. Sweep has hard line rules for who pulls and their assignments; easier for guys to play fast IMO.

Wing-T coaches on this app — I always hear that buck sweep is an “expensive” play, but have yet to hear it explained as to why it’s an expensive play. What’s the reasoning behind that claim?

@CoachShiffman Depends on the bodies and skillset we have in that room. Last year was 12, the year before was 21 (and 22 and 13!).
