There were 4 schools who played 10 regular season football games against all 5A teams: Captain Shreve, Destrehan, Byrd, New Iberia. Of those 4, Captain Shreve and Destrehan made the playoffs. Shreve finished the season as the only school to play 12 games against 5A teams up to this point in season. Shreve losses were Evangel, Parkway, Destrehan, Ouachita, Catholic. With Ouachita beating Destrehan last night that makes 4 of our 5 losses advancing to Quarterfinals.

Teachable moment here. Folsom won 51-13. You can tell by their reaction they are very well coached and disciplined. Great job by those players staying focused. Number 18 checks on a coach to make sure he maintains his composure. Great programs do everything at a high level.
