When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Scripture says, the Spirit of God will raise up a barrier. The Spirit of God is the favor of God. Keep doing the right thing. Don’t get distracted fighting battles that you’re not supposed to fight.

@EmmanuelAcho You are a smart man. We got Dak as our QB. It doesn’t matter what we have. He won’t and can’t get it done. Get rid of him and I will be excited with you. #anotherpapership

I posted a video right after our men's basketball team won gold presuming Steph had won MVP over LeBron after making 9 threes vs Serbia and 8 more against France including 4 in the 4th. It was obviously a disgrace that LeBron won it. Politics? Strings pulled? Tell me I'm wrong.

Angel Reese, so far, is my WNBA Rookie of the Year. It’s a two horse race between Angel and Caitlin Clark. Angel leads Clark in steals per game, PIE, PER, O rating, D rating, net rating, plus/minus, turnovers, turnover ratio, etc. Angel gets almost 50% of her team’s offensive rebounds. Clark is responsible for over 42% of her team’s total turnovers. Angel’s defensive win share is MILES better than Caitlin’s. If we do a per 36 minute basis, Angel’s stats would put her in top 10 player in the league conversations. Per 36 mins, she averages 15.3 PPG 13.7 RPG 2.1 APG 1.7 SPG with only 2.1 TURNOVERS. She has the stronger case. She just impacts the game so much on both ends of the court. The most telling thing is that the Sky seems to fall apart on both ends of the court without her in the game. Halfway through the season, Angel Reese deserves to be Rookie of the Year.

"My rookie of the year is going to go based on the standings. ... And the Sky right now are in the playoffs. So, you'd have to give the nod in my mind to Angel Reese." —@McNuttMonica on the WNBA ROTY race between Reese and Caitlin Clark 👀

@ApexJones22 Your post is hilarious. People who don’t like his dad is having this same conversation. It’s 1 pick in the second round. Your guy and Bronny will both play in the G league. Blake Hinson is not a house of name. Bronny James is! McDonald’s all- American. Bryce up next!

For people who say "what's the big deal?" with Bronny being undeservedly drafted, look no further than his new teammate, rookie, Blake Hinson. Hinson played 4 years, became All-ACC 1st Team, and put in work to earn what Bronny is being gifted as a payment for fulfilling his egomaniac dad's self-absorbed, contrived hoop dream. Proven players like Hinson who stayed in school and got better, having to take a back seat to a kid whose dad pulled him into the NBA despite everyone seeing that he was nowhere near ready, and knowing & saying that he should stay in college, is the big deal. Hinson, SR Forward, Pitt 18.5p, 4.4r .454g% .421 3p% * Led ACC in 3p% * All ACC 1st Team ✅ Undrafted ✅ 2-yr, 2-way deal James, FR Guard, USC 4.8p, 2.8r, 2.1a .366 fg% .267 3p% *Dad wants to 1-up Michael Jordan ✅ Drafted ✅ 4-yr, $7+m, guaranteed

@Jacobtheclipper @jj_redick MJ was way more athletic than anybody in his era. The 2G’s that tried to guard him had no chance or athleticism. The top defenders in the league at the time was his teammates. Rodman, Harper, and Pippen. Gary Payton was two small. Joe Dumars was to small.

Former NBA players Bonzi Wells and Rasheed Wallace, who have firsthand experience playing against Jordan, Kobe, and LeBron, responded to the ridiculous statement made by @jj_redick regarding the "watered down" nature of Jordan's era. Bonzi Wells made a great counterpoint by highlighting that the players on those new teams were actually part of an expansion draft and were already established in the league. However, Bonzi astutely recognized JJ's underlying motive in his exaggerated take was to diminish Michael Jordan's greatness and elevate LeBron James. Bonzi succinctly addressed this by stating, “𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 [𝑱𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒂𝒏] 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒚… 𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒅 𝒏𝒐 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒅𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍, 𝑩𝒓𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒔 6’9” 250 𝒉𝒆’𝒔 𝒂 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒅𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆.” Later saying, “𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒕𝒘𝒐 [𝑲𝒐𝒃𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑱𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒂𝒏] 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒅𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒔 𝒎𝒂𝒏, 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒅𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒅 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒔𝒆𝒕𝒔.” I generally agree with Bonzi's perspective. As someone who has guarded all three players, I believe we should take his view seriously. While Kobe and Jordan certainly had physical advantages compared to the average NBA player, it's undeniable that LeBron possesses a unique blend of strength, size, athleticism, and mobility that gives him a SIGNIFICANT nightly advantage. It's evident to those familiar with the game that LeBron relies HEAVILY on his physical attributes to score and create plays, more so than Kobe and Jordan ever did. Many NBA fans, myself included, appreciate Kobe's and Jordan's style of play more because they relied on skill and footwork to DOMINATE, making their gameplay more aesthetically pleasing to watch.
