Dear student-athletes: BE AN ASSET to wherever you must perform. This is what your sports are supposed to teach you. Play all roles well!

This guy thinks that these situations women are being attacked in…. Are NOT imminent threat scenarios. Same guy in each clip, different women. Some women are in their phones and some are simply not observant. What say YOU Solutionarys?
Kyle@KylePostingOnX

@majtoure @C_3C_3 It's not an imminent threat. She's not looking at her phone, he's not being disruptive. They're both just walking down the sidewalk and he throws an elbow into her face for no fucking reason. It takes a split second.

About two months ago I fell back into some really poor nutrition habits and found myself flirting with 300 pounds….locked in and today at 282.1 I am not eating any less, in fact I probably doubled my red meat intake lol which says a lot. Sweet potatoes, eggs and bacon daily. Lots of chicken. Oh yeah and my numbers are just fine. I will be 55 in January. I train heavy. Lots of sleds and loaded carries. Don’t do much cardio outside of walking. If I’m running…you better take off too cause something bad is happening the other way 🤣🤣 Find what works for YOU and get it done. I plan to cut to about 265 and see what my goals are there!!

I donated what I received in scholarship money back to UNC wrestling to pay it forward and they named their weight room after me 🥰

I don’t believe you can be a really good S&C coach if you don’t train. You learn soooooooo much from your own training. Agree or disagree?

You care too much what people think and are allowing the opinion of others to define you and your mission. Saying you are done makes you appear very weak. You need to be a coffee bean and realize the power is inside of you, not the mob of haters. Real positivity is more powerful than negativity. Time to get mentally tough brother.

All the good I've done, all the people I've helped, all for nothing. I truly hope all the people I've inspired do great things in their life and pay it forward to help others and carry on my message. But no matter how much good you do, people just wait for a reason to hate you and tear you down. You either die a hero, or live long enough to be the villain. Thank you for your support. I am done.

I‘ve only shared this with a few, but my dad was diagnosed with cancer on July 3. Docs think we caught it before it spread. Today he has surgery to remove it. I trust that God has a plan. Psalm 22

Some of the most fun I’ve ever had on a podcast! Appreciate @StrCoachNetwork for giving so many of us the platform to voice opinions and give strength coaches actionable items to better ourselves and this field!

At Harvard, they manage 40+ varsity teams. At Towson, we had 19. No matter the school, scheduling the weight room is always a battle. In our latest episode, @kylejacksic dropped a brilliant strategy to solve this problem. Simple, scalable, and effective. Full convo here: youtu.be/3Ry1cyYKHmk

UNK Prospects Camp Player Spotlight @BoysTown's '26 DB/ATH Fredrick Madu (@FMadu34) talking about his experience at the @UNK_Football Omaha Prospects Camp hosted at @m_south_hs Keeping a close eye on this rising prospect. Fredrick is using camps like this to showcase his growth and a work ethic that's second to none. Explosive Athlete: A multi-sport talent, his speed and explosiveness from being a track athlete translate directly to the football field, giving him great range and closing speed as a DB/ATH. High Ceiling & Coachable: He's dedicated to the process, absorbing coaching and getting better with every rep. This commitment to learning is what college coaches look for in a developing player. It's in the Bloodline: Hard work runs in the family. His brother, Samuel (@SamuelMadu33), was the '24 #1 CB in NY and is now at @GopherFootball. Fredrick knows nothing is given and everything is earned. A coach is getting a high-character athlete with elite athletic traits and a deep understanding of the dedication required to succeed. The potential is massive for this 2026 prospect! Performance video to follow soon. #NEBPreps #WiredAxcessPodcast #Uncommitted #FootballRecruiting #Classof2026 #Athlete #TrackNation #Bloodline
