Excited to announce our first team cap of the summer! This will be a week full of shooting mechanics, shooting vs. defense, and decision making. Can’t wait to get started!

Built Trained. This season I was able to coach and implement the Built shooting training methods into the Midland Dow boys varsity program midseason. The team’s scoring and shooting went up significantly in every imaginable metric. DM for details for your program.

Lauren Schikorra is a scrappy guard for Dow. She's fighting to grab rebounds and converted a tough, contested floater after a spin move in the lane. High motor player and an active communicator. @PGHMichigan

Delaney Deboer is a sharpshooter. She's drained multiple triples and been flying around to secure rebounds for Dow in the first half. Deboer works hard defensively and makes the effort plays. @PGHMichigan @LBInsider
