USF women’s basketball will have a minimum payroll of $700k for next season. The new coach’s contract mandates the school allocate at least $700k in rev share funds for the program.

Serious question…Kim Caldwell is losing her entire team a year after barely going .500. You usually give a coach 3 years to get their own players and system in order…well she has no players and the system hasn’t worked…why are they keeping her around?

Saint Louis is expected to have at least a $10M payroll for next season’s men’s basketball team. A good example of how a school without football doesn’t have to worry about the rev share cap when budgeting for its basketball payrolls.
