@JimCMonos @CoachWit I’ve got butcher paper and used it for my brisket. Haven’t tried with ribs yet. I was nervous about getting a good enough seal because I went for fall off the bone rather than bite through this time.

3 hours in the smoker. Now we wrap with butter, hot honey and a spray of apple juice/vinegar mix. Back on the smoker for 2 more hours

Everyone agrees the runner was short of the line to gain but bc of the arbitrary rules we have created it cannot be reversed. Either everything can be reversed or not. And I’m pretty good with no replays and just live with the mistakes. Replays don’t ensure calls are correct #nfl

Why is there replay? If everyone besides Heat fans agrees that’s not a foul but replay says it is then why waste our time with it?

You always wonder what the next evolution in basketball is going to be. I think it is going to be perfecting the bobble while dribbling so you can take four or five steps with the ball right in front of the referee. The ref loves nothing more than giving you the bobble sign.

The joy in a 6 year old’s face when the see/hear the ice cream truck. It’s pretty much the peak of excitement.

Sports. There is nothing better. Simply amazing.

Has anyone had success connecting with operations people at @FrontierCorp to connect to Fiber? Everyone around me has it but the connection hasn’t been made to pole outside my house. Sales had told me for the past 6 months “any month now.”
