One of my biggest pet peeves

Anyone have problems with @AldiUSA meat. This is the second time in a period of a month or so that I bought meat and it smelled terrible and had not reached the expiration date. 1st time was ribs, this time ribeye steaks.

@CoachRegRob Looking in the backfield prior to attacking read key. Creates no get off and no knock back. Fix: Lots of reactionary work to attack target. Including a ball carrier in block shed, but is coach controlled/tempo.

Second Chance race would be the remaining to 20 cars and only the Top 10 can advance to the feature. The Feature would depend on the size of the track. Must be long enough for 1 or 2 pit stops. The duels for Daytona are a great example.

Practice still can be done the day before, but do group qualifying the day of the race. Heat Races: depending on the size of the track would be 20-30 lap race. 4-10 car heat races. Top 5 advance to feature. 6 through 10 go to second chance race

@NASCAR @NASCARONFOX I know how to save NASCAR. You should you use the dirt late model approach. Practice/Qualify, heat races, one second chance race, and a feature. Could literally do it all in one afternoon

@DrinkMo87129447 @jimshapiro But why isn’t football year round? Why does baseball and basketball need to be year round? I think you are missing the point and drinking the wrong water. All adaptations happen when the body and mind are stressed with new skills. Playing one sport isn’t the answer

I heard a U13 select volleyball coach yelling at his team while the parents listened in. “You all need to take this seriously if you want to play collegiate volleyball. Stop screwing around with other sports. Focus just on volleyball year around.” The girls were all about 5’3 being sold a lie. If this sounds familiar, pull your kid from that team asap. Just watch the @NFL draft. Even the greats played multiple sports. Life is too short. Play multiple sports. Why? Before you know it, it’s all over. Even for those that make it to D1 or pros. The most common comment I get from alumni that didn’t play football while in high school is “I regret not playing football for you.” No regrets. Play multiple sports!!

@the1stmimzee NCAA logic: NIL has gotten a little out of hand, let’s band prop bets. The NCAA is the biggest bunch of hypocrites.

Hope states push back honestly. Can’t stand the NCAA.

@EdKrassen We forgot the term moderate. We want to label someone one side or the other. Why can’t you support different ideas from one side or the other?

I am convinced that Donald Trump could essentially start supporting all liberal caues and policies, and still hold the support of his base. Just like he was "Pro-choice" in the 90s, I honestly don't believe he's a Republican. I believe he is whatever he needs to be in order to get votes and make money. I am convinced that the MAGA base has become a party that cares more about what Donald Trump says is right, than what their morals, intuition, religion or conscience say is right. It's just a feeling I get. If Trump began attacking any Republican in office, his base would mostly go along with it. If Trump decided to become Pro-choice again, I think his base would mostly agree. If Trump became pro-Ukraine and anti-Russia, his base would as well. Perhaps I'm wrong. Thoughts?

@coachb83 Club doesn’t focus on practice. It’s play and not development most of the time. So it’s setting a bad precedent for these young athletes. Also club coaches can promise everything and face no ramifications if those promises don’t work out.

I fully understand club sports and the purpose behind them. My own kids play and will continue to play in these types of programs. My issues is this: Please stop making kids feel guilty for trying to be a valued member of their high school programs in a different sport! What I am sick of, is clubs expect high school teams to always work around their big events, but if the club is asked to work around the HS program, the kids are threatened with no longer being on that team, or even better, told they can’t be on a certain team next year if they miss a particular tournament. There is value in club sports, especially as far as individual skills and competition level. There are also lessons in HS sports that cannot be taught in club, like playing in front of 2,000 fans in an emotional environment, with your towns name across your chest. There is value in learning how to perform in those types of situations and the pressure that comes with it! Student sections rushing the floor after huge wins are memories kids deserve to share as well! Just tired of the guilt trips and ultimatums that are forced on these kids as their careers continue. We are all in the kid business and must make them a priority physically and mentally. We must continue to find ways to work together in this arena , while promoting the idea that kids can play multiple sports if they choose to, and be encouraged by both sides to do so!
