When I was on my morning jog yesterday, I saw a woman on a brisk walk with her friends - chatting away with a smile on her face. I also saw a guy - maybe mid 30's - fit, but not a runner - blasting out ~60s full-effort hill reps. After each one, he'd come to a sudden stop, crouching all the way down to the ground trying to catch his breath. Any guesses who I'll see today?

If I was a coach or a player I wouldn’t go anywhere near the Minnesota Mallards NAHL team. Bad programs are systemic. A lot of times it starts with the coach, but in this situation and the amount of coaches they’ve going through it’s obviously their awful ownership.

People who have followed me over the years know that I've been very critical of Peter Attia. At the same time, it's wrong to tear someone's entire life's work down just because they get caught in the latest hysteria. Is he perfect? No. None of us are. But I would side with him any day over the folks tearing him down. Stop gossiping about other men who are actually doing things and do something yourself.

There, a man was being treated for a broken jaw and was missing a tooth, police said. Police noted the man “could hardly speak” and had surgery Monday night that will require his jaw to be wired shut for approximately two weeks. The incident, police said, was caught on State College Borough street cameras, which allegedly showed McKenna throwing two punches, striking the man. Police noted that security footage from Doggie’s Pub, located at 108 S Pugh Street, captured McKenna leaving the bar shortly before the alleged assault.”

I'm conflicted right now. On one hand, I could charge thousands for setting up OpenClaw globally, because this technology has every capability of making you earn more, making the value trade-off worth it. But I also remember being 19 last year, broke and unable to afford a workshop for an AI class I really wanted to take with a bunch of C-suite folks. And I know that unfortunately a lot of people are in that same spot, and it's unfair to them to need to know what a terminal is just to access something this powerful. So I'm trying something different. Idrc if I get hate for it, because I'm doing it for the love of the game (fr). I'm building a site that lets you deploy OpenClaw as easily as possible, completely free, without launching any tokens or coins to "fund" myself. If you find it useful, you can donate, but only if you want to. My only request is that you leave honest feedback on the installation process and leave suggestions on how I can improve this.
