@TicketmasterCS But the tickets had just come out & I had the same problem when I was trying to do for presale but same throng. I had been waiting since 8:45am this morning, so how could’ve they sold out that quick as any other vip ticket works just fine…?

@CoachZaina_Mist If you're getting the message "We couldn’t find the tickets you searched for" or “We couldn’t find any results” when searching for tickets, this will mean there are currently no tickets of that type left available to purchase. Thanks!
