To that teen who’s flexing in the gym mirror that’s scrawny, overweight or has no confidence…. Keep doing your thing. If you’re an adult mocking that kid, I hope you understand the world these teens live of constant pressure to compare. Let them have their flaws & build.

FITFLUENCERS: “BIO HACK your diet so you can eat fast food to lose weight” WHAT YOU DONT UNDERSTAND: SURE…..You can lose weight eating fast food, BUT it comes from eating ultra processed bullsh*t 1-2 times a day vs nutrient dense food 4-5 times a day. YOUR CHOICE.

I’m not an FSU fan by any means, BUT I feel like they were wronged. Regardless of if you have your starting QB or 3rd stringer. Great teams find a way to win and they did it EVERY DAMN TIME.
