Was that not a force play slide rule situation at Corvallis regional (B10th inn) Umpire discretion? I know it’s not a DP ball, but I thought a slide was almost mandatory on force play with <2. Crazy finish for the Beavers.

There is still room for travel baseball if legion makes a comeback. Been saying it for years. If the talent is at legion tourneys, then us coaches will recruit the events. Biggest problem- plyrs have to earn roster spots on their legion teams, not always the same with travel ball
