@ToddJameson8 @PreserveJobs Because business owners kept employees on their payroll, expecting these ERTC credits. We did. And the IRS still owes us $188,000 that’s now 2 1/2 years past due.

Congress promised eligible small businesses critical relief they needed to survive unprecedented times. It’s time for the IRS to follow through on those promises and process legitimate ERC claims. Urge Congress to push the IRS to address the backlog:

@IRSnews It's been a year since we applied for the ERTC, and we've yet to receive any refund or notification of progress. While I understand these processes take time, a full year seems excessive. Can you please assist small businesses like ours?
