Totally agree w/the @YourVoiceAtIRS’s call to extend ERC appeals beyond 30 days. The IRS has made clear mistakes in its first round of ERC denial letters. We must give small businesses more time to appeal wrongly issued denial letters by the IRS.

The IRS made obvious mistakes in their first batch of ERC denial letters. The IRS shouldn't try to run out the clock on the appeal process for struggling small businesses.

When the IRS mishandles ERC processing, small businesses pay the price, as @WSJ recently reported. CPAJ calls on Congress to hold the IRS accountable and ensure they prioritize processing legitimate claims. American job creators can’t afford further setbacks.
